The Story

The Beginning

Bettina Bossart grew up in Switzerland, married in Brazil, and now lives with her family in Niterói. What she saw here wouldn't let her go: teenagers from low-income families—full of potential, but without the spaces to unfold it.

In 2025, Hangar was born. Not as a program, but as a conviction: every young person deserves the chance to take off the way they were originally meant to. The needs of society don't leave us indifferent.

We are less than a year old. The first teenagers are showing up. The first programs are running. This is just the beginning—and we're building it together.
