2023 was our most impactful year yet:

• 247 students enrolled in our programs
• 18 volunteer mentors dedicated their time
• 92% graduation rate among our high school students
• 3 new programs launched, including digital literacy and entrepreneurship

Highlights

New Partnerships

We formed partnerships with two local businesses who now offer internship opportunities to our students. This real-world experience has been invaluable in preparing young people for the workforce.

Facility Improvements

Thanks to generous donations, we renovated our computer lab with 15 new workstations. Students now have better access to technology for homework, research, and skill-building.

Community Events

We hosted 4 community events throughout the year, including our first-ever art exhibition showcasing student work. These events help bridge the gap between Hangar and the broader community.

Looking Ahead

As we enter 2024, we're committed to reaching even more young people. Our goals include expanding to a second location, launching an alumni network, and developing new vocational training programs.
